Josh is a partner and co-founder of Goff Voltin, PLLC. Upon graduation from The College of William & Mary School of Law, Josh clerked for the judges of the Henrico County (VA) Circuit Court, where he gained first-hand knowledge into the judicial decision making process. Josh then used this knowledge to start his own firm in 2012. Since that time, Josh has provided vigorous representation to hundreds of clients in bench and jury trials ranging from traffic offenses to first degree murder, as well as representing individuals in the Court of Appeals of Virginia and Supreme Court of Virginia.
Josh grew up in Charlotte County, Virginia, where he graduated valedictorian from Randolph-Henry High School. He then attended the College of William and Mary, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Government before attending The College of William & Mary School of Law. He currently resides in Newport News.
